Gombe State University (GOMSU), Gombe, has opened its portal for Inter/Intra-Faculty Transfer for undergraduate students who wish to change their Faculty, Department, or Program.
. Interested and qualified students are expected to apply online through the University portal within the approved time frame.
Students can access the transfer form through the official portal link.
Application Fee
The Inter/Intra-Faculty Transfer form costs Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000.00). This fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the University’s approved payment platform before filling out the form.
Application Guidelines
- All applications must be completed and submitted online after payment.
- Approval depends on available space in the chosen Department or Faculty.
- Applications must also be approved by the relevant Departments, Faculties, and the University Admission Committee where necessary.
- Late applications will not be accepted.
The portal will be open from Wednesday, 25th February, 2026 to Monday, 9th March, 2026.
Students are strongly advised to provide correct and honest information during the application process. Any false information may lead to disqualification.
Important Notice: There are no available spaces for transfer into MBBS, Nursing, and Law programs. Students should not apply for these courses.
