KASU Announces Final Date for Registration and Screening of 2025/2026 Provisional Admissions

Kaduna State University (KASU) has announced that all candidates who were offered Provisional Admission for the 2025/2026 academic session through JAMB must complete their screening and registration on or before Friday, 23 January 2026.

The university emphasized that failure to complete the process by the stated date will result in automatic forfeiture of the admission, adding that no extension will be granted under any circumstance.

Screening Schedule
  • Date: Friday, 23 January 2026
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Venue: Directorate of Admissions and Examinations, KASU Main Campus
Pre-Screening Steps on the SAF Portal

Before appearing for physical screening, candidates are required to complete the following steps on the SAFapply KASU portal:

  • Log in to the SAFapply KASU portal
  • Upload a clear scanned copy of the JAMB Admission Letter
  • From the dashboard, click on “Edit Application”
  • Scroll to the “Document Upload” section and upload the JAMB Admission Letter
  • Preview and submit the application to save changes
  • Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip as evidence of successful completion
Required Documents for Screening

Candidates must present the following documents arranged in the order listed:

  • JAMB Admission Letter
  • Original JAMB Result Slip
  • O’Level Result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent)
  • Valid scratch card for the O’Level result used
  • Two (2) copies of the online-generated O’Level result (printed from the official result portal)
  • Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age
  • Primary School Leaving Certificate
  • Local Government/Indigene Certificate
  • Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from the SAFapply portal)
  • NIN Slip

Candidates are advised to properly arrange all documents before arriving at the screening venue to avoid delays.
