Modibbo Adama University (MAU) Issues Notice to 2025/2026 Candidates Yet to Accept Admission

The Admissions Office of Modibbo Adama University (MAU) has released an important message for candidates who were offered admission into the university for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the notice, the university observed that some candidates whose names are already on the published admission list have not yet accepted their admission offers on the official MAU admission portal. The school stressed that getting admission alone is not enough. Every candidate must go ahead and formally accept the offer on the portal to confirm and secure the admission.

MAU explained that accepting the admission is a compulsory step for anyone who truly wants to keep the space given to them. Candidates who fail to complete this process risk losing their admission, even if their names appear on the list. The university warned that if the acceptance is delayed for too long, the offer may be withdrawn, and recovering it later can be stressful and sometimes impossible.

All affected candidates are therefore strongly advised to log in to the MAU admission portal as soon as possible and complete the acceptance process without delay. Doing this early will help them avoid unnecessary problems or disappointment in the future.

The university also used the opportunity to thank all candidates for their understanding and cooperation as they work to ensure a smooth admission process.

For reference, the list of candidates who are yet to accept their admission was shared on Modibbo Adama University’s official Facebook page under the title: MAU notice and list for candidates yet to accept admission. Candidates are encouraged to check the post and act immediately if their names are included.
