Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Releases Third Supplementary Admission List, 2025/2026

The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic has released the third supplementary admission list for the 2025/2026 session. This list is for candidates applying for National Diploma (ND) programs. Students can now check if they have been offered admission and then follow the simple steps to accept their offer, pay their acceptance fee, and begin screening.

How to check the supplementary admission list

To see if you have been offered admission:

  1. Go to the official Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Facebook page.
  2. Look for the post containing the third supplementary admission list.
  3. Check the list carefully for your name.
  4. If your name is there, you can move on to accept the admission and complete all other steps.
How to accept your admission on JAMB CAPS

If your name appears on the list:

  1. Log in to your JAMB CAPS account using your JAMB details.
  2. Click “Accept Admission.”
  3. Print your JAMB Admission Letter.

You will need this JAMB letter during screening and other clearance processes.

Payment of Acceptance Fee

Once you accept your admission on JAMB CAPS:

  1. Visit the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal.
  2. Generate an invoice for the ₦15,000 non-refundable acceptance fee.
  3. Pay using the Remita details shown on the portal and use only approved payment channels.

Payment begins Monday, 1 December 2025 from 12:00 pm.

Screening and Departmental Registration

After paying your acceptance fee:

  1. Go to your department with the Remita invoice and proof of payment.
  2. Present all your documents for screening.
  3. Follow the registration steps given by the departmental officers.
Documents needed for screening

Bring the following:

  • Printed original JAMB admission letter
  • Original and photocopies of all your credentials
  • Remita invoice and proof of acceptance fee payment

Having your documents ready will make the screening faster.

Important Warnings

To stay safe:

  • Do not give anyone money to “help” you with admission or registration.
  • Do not pay into personal accounts or unknown POS accounts.
  • Make all payments only through the official school portal and approved bank channels.

This will help you avoid fraud and unnecessary problems.
