Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has started selling Change of Course Forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. The process will begin on 8th December 2025, based on a memo from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics). The memo gives important instructions for all students who want to switch to another course.
Main Points
- Before filling the form, students must talk to the Head of Department of their current course and the Head of Department of the course they want to move to.
- Students should collect the change of course information from the Secretary in the DVC Academics Office.
- Students must attach their admission letter and second-semester results, except those who deferred their semester.
- Only students with a CGPA between 0.25 and 1.80 can apply. This rule does not apply to those applying to the College of Medical Sciences or the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
- Applicants must pay a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 at the ATBU Microfinance Bank, Yelwa/Gubi Campus.
- Only forms collected directly from the DVC Academics Office, along with the remita and original receipt, will be accepted.
