The program was approved by the Polytechnic Management Committee and is intended for graduating students with one or more outstanding courses.

How to Register and Pay
There is a service charge, based on the number and type of outstanding courses.
Steps:
- Log in to the school portal with student details.
- Generate the invoice for the Make-Up Examination Program.
- Check the invoice for the correct courses and amount.
- Pay using any approved payment option on the portal.
- Keep proof of payment and print the receipt or slip if needed.
The portal will show the exact amount each student must pay.
Before the Exam
Students are encouraged to:
- Confirm all outstanding courses with the department.
