Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA) Post-UTME Form 2025/2026

The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA) has officially commenced the sale of its Post-UTME screening form for the 2025/2026 academic session. Eligible candidates should be aware of the following criteria:

  • You must have participated in the 2025 UTME.
  • FUMMSA must be your first-choice institution on the JAMB portal, and you should initiate or complete a change-of-course if needed.
  • A minimum UTME score of 200 is required to qualify.
  • Candidates pursuing professional programs such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc., must have obtained all five SSCE credits in a single sitting.

Additionally, it’s stipulated that candidates must be at least 16 years old.

FUMMSA offers a wide array of undergraduate programs across health sciences and related fields:

  1. Medicine (MB;BS)
  2. Dentistry (BDS)
  3. Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy)
  4. Nursing Sciences (BNSC)
  5. Physiotherapy (Doctor of Physiotherapy)
  6. Radiography (B.Rad)
  7. Human Nutrition & Dietetics (B.Sc)
  8. Dental Therapy (B.DT)
  9. Optometry (Doctor of Optometry)
  10. Information Technology & Health Informatics (B.Sc ITH)
  11. Health Information Management (B.HIM)
  12. Statistics (B.Sc)
  13. Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology (all B.Sc)
Application Process & Screening
  • Application is conducted via the JAMB platform (i.e., candidates apply through the JAMB portal)
  • Once registered, FUMMSA handles the screening process internally.
  • The official screening exercise is scheduled for 25th to 29th August 2025.
  • The resumption of academic activities is expected on 2nd September 2025, after fees are paid online.
