FULOKOJA Post-UTME/DE Form for 2025 / 2026 Admission

The Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has officially opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) online screening portal for the 2025 / 2026 academic session. This applies to candidates who either made FULOKOJA their first-choice institution via JAMB or are willing to change to it.

Originally set to close on Friday, August 29, 2025, the deadline has now been extended to Friday, September 12.

Who Is Eligible?

To participate in the screening exercise:

  • UTME candidates must have scored at least 160 in the 2025 UTME.
  • DE candidates must have applied through JAMB.
  • You must have selected FULOKOJA as your first-choice institution, or be ready to switch to it.
How the Screening Works (Online Point-Based System)

FULOKOJA is conducting an online screening exercise using a Point-Based System (PBS)—instead of a physical exam. Here’s the step-by-step breakdown:

Step 1: Upload O’Level Results on JAMB Portal
Make sure your O’Level results are uploaded via the JAMB e-Facility (completed at a JAMB office or accredited CBT center). This is mandatory—otherwise, you won’t be able to complete the FULOKOJA screening

Step 2: Access the Post-UTME Portal

Step 3: Complete the Biodata & Payment

  • Update your biodata. DE applicants must also update their prior academic records.
  • Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee via Remita using ATM or bank transfers.

Step 4: Go Through the Screening Page

  • Select your preferred course of study.
  • Choose five O’Level subjects relevant to your course.
  • Upload your O’Level exam details for verification.
  • Once submitted, your screening result is displayed instantly.
Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission:

  • You must score at least five credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects. These may be in one or two sittings, except for Health Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences programs, where the credits must be from one sitting.
  • A credit in English Language is required for all courses.
  • Only those who participate in the screening and meet all requirements will be considered for admission.
  • Be truthful—any falsified or withheld information will lead to instant disqualification without refund.
  • Completing the screening does not guarantee admission; final selections will go through the Central Admissions Committee.
Final Tips
  • Meet eligibility (UTME score ≥ 160 or valid DE apply-through-JAMB)
  • Ensure all O’Level results are correctly uploaded on JAMB’s portal
  • Complete full registration, payment, and screening on FULOKOJA’s portal before the extended deadline (mid-September 2025)
  • Provide accurate and complete information. Once submitted, you cannot amend your data so double-check before submission.
