The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (FPTB), in collaboration with the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), has commenced the sale of admission forms for its Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) program in Mass Communication for the 2025/2026 academic session. This initiative offers an opportunity for graduates and professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in the field of communication.
Program Overview
The PGD in Mass Communication is a one-academic-session program, divided into two semesters. All lectures and practical sessions are conducted at FPTB’s main campus in Bauchi, providing students with access to state-of-the-art facilities and experienced faculty members.
Admission Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- For Degree Holders: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- For HND Holders: Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least a Lower Credit in Mass Communication or a closely related field from an NBTE-accredited polytechnic.
Note: Applicants from UNIMAID or other accredited institutions are eligible to apply.
