Lagos State University (LASU), in partnership with LASU Consult Limited and the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), is inviting qualified candidates to apply for its Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Administration and Management for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This programme is part of LASU’s goal to train professionals who can effectively manage hospitals and healthcare centres in both the public and private sectors. It provides practical knowledge and leadership skills needed in today’s health system.
Program Overview
The LASU Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Administration and Management is open to people working or aspiring to work in health or administrative fields. It combines different areas of study to prepare participants for leadership positions in hospital and health service management.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must have any of the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Humanities, or Social Sciences from a recognised university, with at least five O’ Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant Social Sciences, Science, or Management courses from an accredited institution, plus five O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Mature candidates with relevant work experience and a minimum of three O’ Level credits may also be considered.
Duration: One academic year
Application Fee: ₦10,000 only
How to Apply
Interested applicants should pick up their forms from the Workforce Planning and Recruitment Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH.
Completed forms should be submitted with the following:
- Copies of academic certificates
- A current CV
- Two passport photographs (white background)
- Any other supporting documents
Applicants will write a Computer-Based Test (CBT) at LASUTH. Those who pass will be invited for an oral interview and must present their original certificates.
Application Deadline
The application runs for six weeks, from November 4 to December 18, 2025.
