✅ Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, applicants must:
- Professional Qualification: Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Educational Background: Possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE/NECO/SSCE) or GCE O’ Level with at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in not more than two sittings from the same examination body.
- Work Experience: Have a minimum of one (1) year post-qualification experience as a General Nurse.
- Employer’s Approval: Provide a letter of release from their employer or training institution, approving one full year of study leave.
📝 Application Procedure
Interested candidates should follow the steps below to apply:
- Payment of Application Fee:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 through any commercial bank into the University College Hospital, Ibadan T.S.A. Account designated for the Perioperative Nursing School.
- Additionally, make a payment of ₦200 into the Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account at First Bank Plc, Account Number: 2019704292.
- Submission of Payment Receipts:
- Present both the UCH payment receipt and the First Bank teller for the ₦200 payment at the Perioperative Nursing School.
- Online Application:
- Visit the UCH Ibadan portal to download the Applicants’ User Guide.
- Create an account and follow the instructions to complete the online application form.
- Submission of Application Documents:
- Print two copies of the completed application form and photocard.
- Submit these documents for authentication at the Perioperative Nursing School.
