FUOTUOKE 2025/2026 Post-UTME/DE Form

The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has officially released its Post-UTME/Direct Entry (DE) screening application for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility

  • UTME candidates who chose FUOTUOKE as their first choice and scored at least 150 in JAMB.
  • Candidates who did not originally choose FUOTUOKE but wish to apply must complete a Change of Institution via the JAMB portal, and also score at least 150 .
Cut-Off Marks
  • The minimum UTME score required is 150 .
  • A general departmental cut‑off is 140 for less competitive courses, while competitive programs may require scores ranging from 160–180+, depending on demand.
Application Fee & Timeline
  • Application fee: ₦2,000 via Interswitch (Verve/Mastercard) .
  • The portal opened on Thursday, 10 July 2025, and closes on Friday, 8 August 2025 .

How to Apply: Step-by-Step

  1. Visit the FUOTUOKE e-campus portal: https://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng/.
  2. Register/Login using your JAMB registration number and email.
  3. Pay ₦2,000 via Interswitch Verve/Mastercard.
  4. Fill the Form, uploading:
    • Digital passport photo (JPG)
    • JAMB UTME result slip
    • O’Level certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
    • LGA identification letter
    • Birth certificate or age declaration
  5. Submit and print your Acknowledgement Slip, which will contain your screening date).

Important Guidelines & Requirements

  • Provide valid personal contact information—FUOTUOKE won’t be responsible for failed applications due to incorrect email/phone numbers .
  • Only legitimate O’Level results uploaded on JAMB CAPS will qualify; false declarations will lead to disqualification.
  • For DE applicants, an Upper Credit or its equivalent in OND/NCE/HND/A’Level is required.
  • No calculators or phones should be brought to the screening hall (if CBT test is conducted in-person) .

Post-Application: Screening & Admission

  • Screening is online, but if a physical CBT is required, the date & time will appear on your printed schedule .
  • The aggregate score (combining UTME and screening result) will determine admission eligibility.
  • Admission lists will be published via FUOTUOKE portal and JAMB CAPS.
