OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences Post-UTME Form for 2025/2026 ND/HND Admission

The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) has officially released its 2025/2026 Post-UTME form for the ND (National Diploma) and HND (Higher National Diploma) programs in Nursing Sciences, available on both the Ile‑Ife and Ilesa campuses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • UTME Score: A minimum of 180 in the 2025 JAMB UTME
  • O’Level Requirements: Five credits (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) in:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Physics
    • Chemistry
    • Biology
      No NABTEB combination allowed
  • Age: At least 16 years by January 2025
  • UTME Subjects: Candidates must have used the combination: English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology
  • Institution Choice: OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences (Ile‑Ife or Ilesa) must be your first choice, but you can also change to OAUTHC.

Campus Allocation

Admitted students will be assigned to one of two campuses:

  • Ile‑Ife – Ife Hospital Unit
  • Ilesa – Wesley Guild Hospital
    Assignments are determined by the College based on screening outcomes.

Application Process

  1. Visit the OAUTHC application portal
  2. Complete the online form
  3. Pay via Remita:
    • ₦2,000 – Post-UTME screening fee
    • ₦13,000 – Portal access fee
    • Total: ₦15,000
  4. Upload O-Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal
  5. Print your screening slip and admission letter after payment

Screening Test Details

  • Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  • Dates: Tuesday, 26 August & Wednesday, 27 August 2025
  • Managed by the OAUTHC Nursing & Midwifery Entrance Committee

Deadlines & Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: Friday, 15 August 2025
  • Screening: 26–27 August 2025
  • Portal Access Closes: Same as application deadline
