UBTH College of Nursing Sciences Post‑UTME Form 2025/2026 for the ND/HND Nursing Program

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) College of Nursing Sciences, now an accredited NBTE-awarding institution, invites applications for its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing for the 2025/2026 academic session. Successful candidates also qualify for NYSC service.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. UTME Score: Minimum of 180 in the 2025 JAMB UTME, with UBTH Nursing chosen as one of your institution options.
  2. O’Level Credits: Five (5) credit passes in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, achieved in no more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB).
  3. Age: Minimum age of 17 years.
  4. Programs: ND and HND Nursing—post-basic diplomas like PDGE are handled separately.

  1. Change of Institution
    If UBTH Nursing wasn’t your first-choice, visit a JAMB-accredited center to switch to “UBTH College of Nursing Sciences
  2. Register Online
    Visit the official portal, create an account, and complete your profile.
  3. Pay the Fee
    Make the non-refundable payment via Remita using UBTH’s TSA account; obtain the payment receipt.
  4. Upload Documents
    Scan and upload:
    • JAMB result slip
    • JAMB change-of-institution slip
    • O’Level results (WAEC/NECO)
    • Birth certificate
    • Four passport photographs
    • Ensure O’Level results are reflected in JAMB CAPS
  5. Submit Application
    Review all entries for accuracy, then submit before the deadline.
  6. Print Screening Slip
    After processing, download and print your exam slip via the portal.

  • Apply early to avoid portal congestion.
  • Ensure your JAMB choice lists “UBTH College of Nursing Sciences” exactly.
  • Prepare SMART for the exam, as screening is competitive.
