Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has announced that application forms for re-admission and inter-departmental transfer for the 2025/2026 academic session are now available for sale. The notice was released by the Academic Division of the Office of the Registrar and is dated 10 January 2026.
The university explained that only students who meet the required academic conditions are allowed to apply. Approval will only be given after eligibility has been confirmed.
Where to Get the Forms
Interested students are to collect the application forms from the Academic Division of the university. Access to the forms is only granted after payment has been made.
Payment Requirement
- Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦30,000 to Modibbo Adama University through the Remita payment platform.
- After making the payment, students must carefully fill out the forms and ensure all conditions are met before submission.
Deadline
- The university stated that all completed forms must be submitted within three weeks from the date of the notice. Forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Students are advised to complete and submit their applications early, as the deadline is strict.
Instruction to Deans and Heads of Departments
MAU also directed Deans and Heads of Departments to strictly follow the university’s rules and procedures when handling re-admission and inter-departmental transfer requests. The notice stressed that only students who meet the academic requirements should be approved.
In summary, the university made it clear that meeting the academic conditions and following the proper process are compulsory for both applicants and academic offices.
