Anchor University Lagos (AUL) Postgraduate Admission Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

Anchor University Lagos (AUL) has officially commenced the sale of it’s postgraduate form for 2025/2026 academic session.

Available Programs

Anchor University Lagos, under the auspices of its School of Postgraduate Studies, offers a range of postgraduate programs, including:

  • PGD (Postgraduate Diploma)
  • MSc (Master of Science)
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)
  • MPhil/PhD (Doctoral Research Degrees)

Fields of study encompass Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Microbiology, among others.

Admission Requirements

General Requirements for All Applicants:

  • Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter. Applicants currently in NYSC are not eligible.

Specific Programme Criteria:

  • PGD:
    • Either a bachelor’s degree (minimum third-class) or HND (lower credit).
  • MSc:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least second class lower qualification or a PGD in the related area.
  • MBA (Professional Masters):
    • Minimum of Second Class Lower in Bachelor’s degree.
  • MPhil/PhD:
    • MPhil: Requires a Master’s degree, typically with a CGPA of 3.5–3.99.
    • PhD: Requires an MSc with CGPA of at least 4.0, for those wishing to advance research credentials .

Application Process

  1. Visit the Anchor University postgraduate admission page or visit the main site to get started.
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Select your desired program (e.g., PGD, MSc, MBA, PhD/MPhil).
  4. Upload required documents:
    • First-degree certificate & transcript
    • O’Level result
    • NYSC discharge/exemption letter
    • Recommendation letters
    • Research proposal (for PhD applicants)
  5. Proceed to payment of application and acceptance fees via the secure portal.
  6. Submit your application and await notification.

Program Duration

  • PGD:
    • Full-time: 2–4 semesters
    • Part-time: 4–8 semesters
  • Masters (Regular):
    • Full-time: 4 semesters (max 8)
    • Professional Masters (such as MBA): Full-time 3 semesters (max 6); Part-time 4–8
  • PhD / MPhil:
    • PhD: Full-time 6–10 semesters; Part-time 8–12 semesters
