Lagos State University (LASU), in collaboration with LASU Consult Limited and some professional organizations, has announced the sale of forms for its External Certificate and Diploma Programs for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the university, the programs are designed to help participants gain practical skills, improve professional knowledge, and support workforce development in different fields.
Available programs
LASU Consult Limited will offer several certificate, diploma, and advanced diploma programs in partnership with relevant professional bodies. These include:
- Certificate in Healthcare Management
- Certificate in Hospitality and Hotel Management
- Certificate and Diploma in Human Capital Management
- Certificate and Diploma in Motor Vehicle Administration and Inspection
- Certificate Programmes of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)
- Diploma in Entrepreneurship
- Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Energy Management Technology
- Certificate and Diploma in Organic Agriculture
- Professional Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies
- Certificate and Diploma in Social Work and Administration
- Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in Crisis Management
- Certificate Courses in Tourism and Hospitality Operations
- Certificate in Film and Television Production
- Diploma and Workshops in Filmmaking
- Professional Certificate in Leadership and Governance
- Professional Diploma in ICT, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence
- Certificate and Diploma in Border Security and Migration Management
How to apply
Interested applicants should apply through the Lagos State University (LASU) portal. Applicants are expected to:
- Generate an application number, and
- Pay the required application fee into the official LASU Consult Limited account by following the approved application process.

The university also explained that these programs are terminal programs and do not automatically lead to admission into LASU undergraduate degree programs.
