The Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS, has officially approved the re-opening of the first semester, 2025/2026 Course Registration Portal. This will run for a limited period of two weeks, starting from Monday, 5th January, to Sunday, 18th January 2026. This decision provides an opportunity for students who have not yet completed their course registration to finalize their selections and ensure they are fully enrolled for the semester.
Following the registration period, the editing of registered courses, including both adding and dropping courses, will be available from Monday, 19th January, to Sunday, 25th January 2026. Students are encouraged to carefully review their course lists during this period and make any necessary adjustments to align with their academic plan and programme requirements.
The University administration has emphasized that this re-opened registration window is final, and there will be no further extensions. All students who are yet to register or who need to modify their course selections are strongly urged to take full advantage of this opportunity to avoid any disruptions to their academic progression.
Students are also reminded to ensure that all registration and course editing procedures are completed in a timely manner. Also, students should seek assistance from their faculty or the University’s ICT support services if they encounter any technical difficulties.
