The Distance Learning Institute (DLI), University of Lagos (UNILAG), has released the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who have been offered admission are advised to check their admission status and report for screening at the Administrative Unit (2nd Floor, DLI Building).
Admission status can be checked on the UNILAG DLI admission list page for the 2025/2026 session, covering Batch One and Batch Two. Applicants are required to click on their course on the page to download and view the admission list.
Batch Two Screening Details
All candidates admitted in Batch Two are informed that screening will begin on Monday, January 12, 2026.

- Block A, Classroom, Ground Floor, Distance Learning Institute Building, University of Lagos

- 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
Required Documents for Screening
Candidates are to come along with the following original documents for the screening exercise:
- Application Form
- Primary or Secondary School Testimonial (Original)
- O’Level Certificate(s) (Original)
- All Higher Degree Certificates for Direct Entry (such as HND, OND, NCE, ICAN, and other professional certificates)
- NYSC Certificate or NYSC Exclusion/Exemption Certificate (for Direct Entry candidates)
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit issued before the admission advertisement
- Marriage Certificate, Affidavit for Change of Name, and Newspaper Publication (for married female candidates only)
Candidates are advised to arrange their documents properly before coming for screening.

After payment of the required fees, candidates will be required to present the following documents for registration:

- Coloured Admission Letter
- Primary or Secondary School Testimonial (Photocopy)
- Student Information Form
- O’Level Certificate(s) (Photocopy)
- All Higher Degree Certificates for Direct Entry (HND, OND, NCE, ICAN, and other professional certificates)
- NYSC Certificate or NYSC Exclusion/Exemption Certificate (for Direct Entry candidates)
- Online-generated Letter of Acceptance
- Online-generated Biodata Form
- Online Course Registration Form approved by the Course Adviser
- Handwritten and signed Letter of Preparedness to Pay All Service Charges
- Reference Letter from Employer or Sponsor (Original)
- Reference Letter from a Lawyer, Clergy, Imam, or Senior Civil Servant
- Online-generated Student Payment Receipt
- Marriage Certificate, Affidavit for Change of Name, and Newspaper Publication (for married female candidates only)
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit issued before the admission advertisement
- Four passport photographs with white background (name and matriculation number written at the back)
- JAMB Slip
Important Notice to Admitted Candidates
The institute warns that any candidate who fails to appear for the screening exercise within one month risks losing the admission offer.
Newly admitted students are also advised to be cautious of fraudsters. UNILAG DLI does not use agents or third parties for admission processing. For further clarification, candidates are advised to visit the Office of the Institute Secretary.
