Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero (KSUSTA) has released the official guidelines for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. This applies to candidates who selected (KSUSTA as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and those eligible via Direct Entry.

Eligibility & Cut-Off Marks

UTME Candidates:

  • General cut-off mark: Applicants must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME exam and must have selected KSUSTA as their first choice.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

  • Eligible if holding a Credit/Merit pass in HND, ND, NCE, IJMB, or equivalent in relevant fields from a recognized institution.
Post-UTME / DE Registration Timeline
  • The online registration period runs from Wednesday, August 20 to Friday, September 12, 2025.
Application Process: Step-by-Step
  1. Visit the application portal: https://applicant.safapply.com/ksusta
  2. Enter your JAMB registration number to confirm eligibility.
  3. Click the “More Information” button beside your target course to view its specific requirements, applicable fees, duration, and session details.
  4. Provide required details (credentials, UTME/DE results), and pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000
  5. Complete and submit the application form.
General Admission Requirements
  • For 100-Level (UTME) applicants:
    • Minimum of 5 O’level credits, including English and Maths (for science-based courses), obtained at not more than two sittings.
  • For 200-Level (DE) applicants:
    • Must meet entry requirements via A-Level passes or relevant diplomas plus O’level credits.
  • All academic documents (certificates, result slips, birth certificates, etc.) must be original plus photocopies, including a letter confirming local government of origin.
Screening Mode & Additional Notes
  • Screening is strictly online; physical visits to the university are not required.
  • All O’level results must be uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal via a JAMB office or accredited CBT center.
  • Admitted candidates must accept the admission on JAMB CAPS to finalize their spot at KSUSTA
