Who Is Eligible?
UTME Candidates:
- Must score 150 or above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Must have chosen FUTO as their first-choice institution. If not, you can change this on the JAMB portal before applying.
- Have at least 5 credits in O’Level, including English and Maths, plus three related subjects. MBBS applicants must have all five in one sitting.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

How to Apply
- Visit the FUTO application portal.
- Make payment of ₦2,000 online via debit card or other approved methods.
- Log in with your JAMB Registration Number. Your surname is used as the default password.
